Born and raised in West Hartford, CT I started my passion for cooking from a very young age. My parents say that I was born with a spatula in my hand and ready to cook! I remember begging my father as early as four years old to go to work with him. Working Under my father’s wing at one of Connecticut’s Largest Kosher Catering Company my passion grew, as I got older and it lead me to attending Johnson & Wales Univ. & Center for Culinary Arts for Schooling.

Arnold Palmer Tower Ridge Country Club as Executive Sous Chef

Cavey’s as Executive Chef

I decide I wanted more and moved onto a bigger city when I took on Boston. I started as a Sous chef under Celebrity Chef Todd English at his flagship Restaurant Olives, within six months I became Chef De Cuisine of Olives Boston, while with Todd English I assisted with his other properties including Figs in Charlestown while traveling to Las Vegas and Maine. After some time I left Boston and headed to NYC to experience a faster pace environment at Olives NYC.

I recently married my wonderful bride Julie where we currently reside in Bloomfield, CT with our dog Rudy.
